Protein Blueberry Shake

 80 g blueberries - frozen are best
 12 tsp peanut butter - crunchy or smooth
 2 dates - or other sticky dried fruit e.g. apricots
 25 g oats
 200 ml almond milk - preferably unsweetened
 spice e.g. cinnamon
 1 cup ice cubes
 25 g vanilla protein powder

Pop all the ingredients in a blender and whiz up!
